The attorney is entitled to the Base Fee (Geschäftsgebühr) plus the Hearing Fee (Verhandlungsgebühr), plus - if applicable - the Evidence Fee (Beweisgebühr) if the Court has taken some evidence, plus the Compromise Fee (Vergleichsgebühr) if the case is settled by an agreement of the parties. All fees are of equal amount, depending on the amount involved in litigation.

The Court is entitled to the Base Fee and usually to two additional fees for the decision - each one of them of equal amount which depends on the sum involved in litigation.

During the appeal procedure, the attorney's fees are increased by 30%, whereas the court fees are increased by 50%.
